the right to pick any method of shipment.
a.2) Depending on any circumstances, special or not, you hold
the right to pick any method of shipment.
b) If there is a conflict of which specified method of shipment
is used, we will work with you to find a win-win situation that both
of us agree on.
c) We will always state the exact value of the shipped items.
This is for insurance purposes. If you would like the value lowered
to save on duty fees (and other hiden gharges we do not have control
over) you may request a specifed value (that we will use instead of
the real value) at your own risk.
d.1) If the price we quoted for shipping is mis-calculated
due to any circumstances, special or not, and it will cost more then
what was charged, we reserve the right to hold the item until the
rest of the shipping charges are paid in full. (example: the item
required more rings then were expected and increase the weight of
the package significantly enough that we would lose money on shipping).
d.2) If the price we quoted for shipping is mis-calculated
due to any circumstances, special or not, and it will cost much less
then what was charged, we reserve the right to give you credit on
any future orders for the difference in paid and actual cost. (example:
the item required less rings then were expected and decreased the
weight of the package significantly enough to lower the price of shipping).
